After the proper preparation of the surface, the coating is applied – painting. The steps are to apply the primer, the intermediate (if necessary), and then the topcoat to the required thickness. For industrial paints, this is most often done by spraying in accordance with the application and application guidelines provided by the paint manufacturers. HVLP Material Spray Technology compresses the air to a greater extent, thereby spraying the paint at a lower pressure than with conventional conventional spraying. In this way, higher transmission efficiency can be achieved. The HVLP air cap sprays at 0.7 bar for 65% efficiency. In Airless spray technology, the materials are sprayed at very high pressures of 30-450 bar. This can be achieved with a sizable pump, which then exits the atmosphere through a very small dune. The spraying is of good quality and there is very little ink fog. Best for high viscosity materials, large surfaces, or high film thickness specifications. Its advantages are its incredible speed, uniform, beautiful surface and the material can be sprayed without dilution.
