Smooth-surfaced synthetic resin coating in 2 layers
After the surface preparation (minimum sanding) and thorough cleaning, the universal Indufloor-IB1270, StoPox IHS BV or Ipox-ES51 epoxy resin primer is applied to the receiving surface under normal circumstances. Min. 12 hours of binding time must be provided before applying the covering layer. After applying and spreading the Indufloor-IB3357 or StoPox BB OS covering layer the fresh synthetic resin must be reworked with spiked roller in order to provide a suitable surface at the end. We can get much better results when applying two layers of thin synthetic resin, but we can only achieve a very great surface on screed and concrete surfaces.

Min. 12 hours binding time must be provided before applying the next intermediate layer. The fresh layer should be thoroughly sprayed with quartz sand. This layer ensures the elimination of unevenness and cracks, it functions as a balancing layer. On the third day, the sand particles have to be polished back again the surface must get thoroughly cleaned. After applying and spreading the Indufloor-IB3357 or StoPox BB OS covering layer the fresh synthetic resin must be reworked with spiked roller in order to provide a suitable surface at the end. Even on a uneven, fragmented, cracked receiving surface, this layer can create aesthetic and beautiful resin flooring to the desired location.

Coating slip discharge with quartz sand
After the surface preparation (minimum sanding) and thorough cleaning, the universal Indufloor-IB1270, StoPox IHS BV or Ipox-ES51 epoxy resin primer is applied to the receiving surface under normal circumstances. After the priming time of the primer (min. 12 hours), a so-called middleware layer is formed, which must be sprayed with quartz sand immediately. After a new bonding time (usually on the third day), the non-adherent sand particles must be removed, and then the application and spreading of the Indufloor-IB3357 or StoPox BB OS covering layer is done thinly to form the structure of the end-surface with the adhered sand particles and with this, ensuring it to be properly non-skidding.

Conductive coating STO WL110
After the surface preparation (minimum sanding) and thorough cleaning, the special INDUFLOOR-IB1225 epoxy resin primer is applied to the receiving surface under normal circumstances. After hardening, in a 5 * 5 m raster, a copper conductor must be glued to the surface. Then the conductive layer of INDUFLOOR-IB2115 can be formed. In this case, the covering layer can only be INDUFLOOR-IB3310, which besides its high chemical resistance, is also conductive.
Where do we recommend it?
All of our thick coatings are sparkles thus, the conductive coating is applied only when it is really necessary. For example: electronics production halls
where the antistatic casing is essential.
Extra layers, accessories
Dekorchips:
Almost all surfaces can be sprayed with this, which in addition to decorative purposes, also provides slip discharge which can come in handy for example in the case of garages during autumn and winter months.
Matting lacquer:
Basically, most synthetic resin coatings form a high-gloss surface, which is not always suitable, so it is possible to make a matt synthetic resin floor by applying an extra layer. For example: StoPox WL 150, StoPur WV 200, StoPur WV 205.
Care products:
In order to make the finished resin floor more resistant, various care products can be obtained that protect the coating from mechanical and chemical impacts, thus ensuring a longer life for the floor. For example: StoDivers P 105 (bright), StoDivers P 120 (matt).
